6.0There was no office to check into. Had to go to office of the next motel owned by same company to get blankets. The desk chair in room was well worn. The sitting chair had vinyl peeling in one area of the arm. The towel rack in the bathroom fell when my wife tried to use it. There didn’t seem to have enough help.
I would not stay here, regardless of how cost effective it may be
1.0This property has gone down hill significantly.
− Trash everywhere, rooms were filthy and there were bed bugs. When contacting staff, Tabitha continued to deny and state o brought the bed bugs in, which was certainly not the case. In 1 night, my daughter was so bit up that we had to go to the urgent care for steroid treatment.
