MITTWOCH‘s fehlt das Angebot der Gastronomie im Hotel und im Ort.
7.0Wir waren auf einer Cabrio-Tour vom Ruhrgebiet über Sauerland, Westerwald zur Mosel und wieder zurück unterwegs… und haben dann noch einen vor 2 Wochen vorher gebuchten Zwischenstop, über Booking in einem ‚Comfort-Doppelzimmer’ in diesem Hotel eingelegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer wurde gezeigt und darauf hingewiesen, dass mittwochs das Restaurant leider geschlossen hat. Darauf hatten wir uns eigentlich sehr gefreut. Uns wurde Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt, um beim REWE von uns eingekaufte Salate, auf dem schmalen französischem Balkon verspeisen zu können.
− Leider wurde uns erst bei Ankunft dann klar, dass (mindestens) mittwochs in diesem Ort kein anderes Restaurant zur Verfügung stand. Außerdem war uns auch nicht klar, dass wir mit diesem Zimmer direkt an einer Bundesstrasse schlafen mussten… im Sekundentakt fuhren die Fahrzeuge mit deutlich überhöhter Geschwindigkeit am Gebäude vorbei. Um 6 Uhr kam die Müllabfuhr.. und ab 7 Uhr begann das Glockenspiel der Kirche, mit akustischer Verlautbarung der Uhrzeit…. Des weiteren befand sich im Zimmer ein Fernseher, vielleicht im 19“-Format aus dem Jahr 2005(?), der kein ARD-Programm mehr empfangen kann… WLAN-Empfang konnten wir auch nicht finden(?). Gut, dass die Inhaberin uns ein anderes (ruhigeres) Zimmer für das WM-Halbfinale zur Verfügung gestellt hatte, um das Spiel verfolgen zu können. Das Frühstück war super, das restliche Angebot an Speisen konnten wir leider nicht bewerten, mangels Angebot. In Summe passte auf unserer Reise das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für diese Übernachtung, im Vergleich zu den anderen Übernachtungen leider nicht.
