Péssimo atendimento e falta de educação do recepcionista da madrugada do dia 19/07/26.
4.0Gostei apenas do Recepcionista, que nos atendeu no check-out. Educado, receptivo e atencioso.
− Ao chegarmos no quarto 710, havia 2 travesseiros e 2 toalhas, sendo que éramos 3 pessoas. Pedimos às 15h e, ao voltar do show às 02:00h da manhã, não tinha o 3° travesseiro e nem a 3° toalha. Ao reclamarmos, o recepcionista da madrugada foi extramente mal educado, grosso, dizendo que não tinha toalha e nem coberta e foi sarcástico ao dizer que pegou a toalha e a coberta do quarto das camareiras. Além disso, no quarto ao lado do nosso, havia um cachorro que não parava de latir desde o horário que chegamos e, ao reclamarmos, esse recepcionista disse que não podia fazer nada. Ou seja, dormimos mal por causa dos latidos do cachorro. No domingo, não conseguimos tomar banho porque a água do chuveiro estava extremamente gelado.
