6.0A very good beachfront location but the property is old and not really well maintained. we had a bad experience with service, request for early check in was ignored, no return call from the hotel on that. So we checked in later in the evening and was told that the room is not available due to AC issue so they gave us a smaller room with a extra bed for the first night and promised to move us to our room first thing in the next morning. However upon checking with the morning staff we found out that actually someone staying at that room and they have to wait until the guest chef out before we could move in. it was disappointing so we just stayed 2 nights and cancelled the subsequent nights. Overall it wasn't really a hotel experience, I would say the experience was similar to a lodge experience.
