− 아이 식사와 베딩에 대해 추가요금 지불 아이 저녁 식사는 식고 말라서 먹기 힘들 정도였음. 아동용 음식의 퀄리티는 호텔 평판을 생각한다면 바뀌여야함. 매우 기분 나쁜 경험이였음.

− 下雨天需撐雨傘走一段路才能來回溫泉池區（房內無浴室），腳易濺濕，弄髒。 多要一條浴巾都得加錢。
