I love that it's was close to the Parthenon and all the sites. It was right in the middle of all the action and excitement. If you want quiet and not to be close to the rush of the city this is not your place. It is a load area until about 2AM. We were good with that and enjoyed the 360 Degrees Hotel! Breakfast was good as well.

− The complementary drink selection at arrival was very lacking. I was the only one to get a drink. However did enjoy the view.

Extremely Disappointing and Insulting Experience

I am currently staying in hote and l have Very disappointing experience at 360° Hotel Athens After I checked in, I politely raised my concern that the room provided did not match what I had booked or what was shown in the listing. The hotel staff handed me a complimentary drink voucher and told me, "Sir, our rooftop bar and restaurant open at 5:00 PM until late at night, and you can use this voucher for any drink." I accepted the voucher in good faith and put it in my bag, assuming it was a sincere gesture.Though I raise my complaint regarding room but accepting voucher was my only mistake Later that evening, my wife and I went to the rooftop restaurant for dinner. After finishing our meal, I presented the voucher while paying the bill. To my surprise, the restaurant staff informed me that: 1-The voucher could only be used until 6:00 PM, even though the restaurant opens at 5:00 PM. 2-If I wanted to use the voucher, I should have informed them before ordering because they would have provided a different menu. I was never informed of either of these conditions when the voucher was given to me. This experience was extremely embarrassing and frustrating. It was never about the value of a complimentary drink. I did not choose this hotel because it was inexpensive or because I could not afford my meals. I chose this hotel because I believed it was one of the best hotels in Athens and expected a high standard of hospitality and customer service . Instead of making me feel valued, the voucher felt like an empty gesture with undisclosed conditions. Being told after my meal that I should have ordered from a different menu left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Within just a few hours of checking in, I have experienced a room that does not match my booking and an unpleasant incident at the restaurant.
