7.0I am a regular User of KiWI and have been for 8 years. I am accustomed to the Area and the Hotel including the Sister Hotel Mabolo Royal. Whenever I'm in Cebu I book one or the other with no problems .
− Kiwi could do with monitoring the Water Dispenser. Its over use means a early morning cup of Tea or Coffee is bit if await for the container to be replaced. Other than that keep a litre of water in your room for such an occasion.

− Pre paid for rooms. Go there and they had no record. Showed them the bank statement showing it paid. Had to.pay again as was too late in day. Won't ever stay there again.
just improve your room and food to serve. but the staff is accomadating.

− the room - tv not working, 1 busted light side bed. cafeteria - coffee taste awful. better to serve 3in1 instead.
