1.0Given the price, the hotel did not meet my expectations at all. The only positive aspect was the reception staff—though not all of them. A bag containing new clothing was stolen from us. When we reported it, we were told that security camera footage was being reviewed. A few days later, they informed us that, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do. If the clothing wasn't stolen, it means the cleaning staff threw away our new items—which is equally unacceptable. Breakfast was exactly the same for two days in a row, and the food tasted as if it had simply been reheated. The television in the room was not working. The electric kettle was also broken; after they replaced it, the new one turned out to be faulty as well—it was leaking water. The only thing I can commend is the cleanliness of the room, which was good. Considering the price of the hotel, I expected a much higher level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel.
