3.0− no tenia servicio disponible de restaurant cuando hicimos el check in sabana aparentemente no estaban 100% limpias poca luz en la habitacion baño muy pequeño y sin insumos incluidos, apenas papel higienico estacionamiento muy reducido muy pequeño los precios por habitacion muy elevados comparados con tuxtla gutierrez

8.0Mooi hotel met tuin in het centrum van de stad. ontbijt was redelijk en voldoende. Leuke plaats om de kloof te gaan bezoeken. Onze huurauto kon op een veilige plaats geparkeerd worden, dit tot na ons bezoek aan de kloof.
− Hadden maar 2 handdoeken gekregen, terwijl we met drie waren, werd wel opgelost. Sanitair is verouderd.

− Obwohl das Hotel als „ruhig“ bezeichnet wird, haben sie eine große Gruppe an jungen Menschen, die sehr laut nachts waren, da übernachten lassen.
