8.0The basement had a ton of spiders in the bathroom. The basement bathroom tub drain was very slow and the bathroom door did not lock. There was also no place to take the trash.

10.0Great location to be able to walk to the lake and town. Be carefully about pulling out of the garage and I would suggestion backing in.
