Wonderful times at Pueblo Bonito Pacicfica

We came with a group of friends that we are all turning 60 and had the most wonderful experience at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. The restaurant staff of Anna Javier, Lorna, Alexis, and Marco with the manager was above excellent! And the food was delicious. One of my favorites was the chicken mole~ Everybody was so helpful and friendly. Everything was so clean and tidy. Would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Unexpectedly good food and amazing staff

Beautiful property. I don’t write a ton of reviews but this place stood out. I’ve done several cruises and all inclusive. This is the first place where both the food and the service stood out. The entire staff was so friendly. In today’s world, it was unexpected! And the food was so unusual and so good. Not like come to expect from all Inclusives. We loved the main restaurant Siempre and the staff was SO awesome — Ana, Javier, Florida, Alexis, Luis and Marco the manager. It is a pretty quiet property, not lots is nightlife if that’s what you are looking for, but it is a wonderful place to stay, relax and have fun.

Our wedding at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica on March 20th, 2026 was truly the most magical experience of our lives—better than anything we could have ever dreamed of. From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator, Ximena, was absolutely incredible. She was there for us every step of the way, helping with every single detail, big and small. Her communication was always fast, clear, and reassuring, which made the entire planning process feel effortless and stress-free. Beyond that, she is such a warm, kind, and genuine person—you can tell she truly cares. On our wedding day, everything came together more perfectly than we ever imagined or even planned for, and that is all thanks to her. She created a night that we and our families will cherish forever. Our photographer, from EM Weddings—Enrique—was absolutely amazing. He captured every single moment so beautifully and naturally, allowing us to relive our entire day through his work. Every photo feels emotional, genuine, and perfectly timed. Our minister was also incredible and delivered a ceremony that felt so personal, heartfelt, and meaningful—it was everything we hoped for and more. The women at the Spa who did our hair and make-up did an amazing job as well. They made us feel comfortable and listened to every request! Our bartenders were also incredible. They made any drink you could have imagined and always did it with a smile! The reception was an absolute dream, and DJ Jhonathan completely brought the energy! He kept every single guest on the dance floor the entire night. The music was perfect, the vibe was electric, and it truly felt like one big celebration from start to finish. Everything flowed so perfectly. We also have to give a very special thank you to our butlers, Beto and Leo. They went above and beyond in every possible way throughout our stay. They made us feel like royalty—truly like kings and queens—but more than that, they became like family to us. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made our entire week so memorable and special. Every single person at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica played a role in making our wedding and stay the best experience of our lives. The beauty of the resort, the outstanding food, the level of service, and the love we felt from everyone made this an experience that both we and our guests will treasure for the rest of our lives. If you are considering having your wedding here—do it. It will exceed every expectation you have and give you memories that last forever. We have never cried so many happy tears as we did at Pueblo Bonito.

A solid choice for couples

My wife and I went to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica for a week in March. There are several other resorts all under the same banner, Sunset. Rose, Bianco. For us, Pacifica was the right choice as it was far calmer than the others which were filled with families and spring breakers. Still we had privileges at those other locations should we wish to shuttle over. Food was excellent at all the restaurants on site. Wine choices were limited and for access to the premium list an extra charge applied. Service was wonderful and staff was very friendly and hard-working and it showed in the cleanliness and up-keep of the grounds and interiors. I have a special shout-out to Christian who works in the gym. He does pilates and yoga classes and i did two private sessions with him the gym to work on mobility and strength exercises. He created a program I could take home with me. For the $65US/ session it was well worth it!! Another notable staff member is Geovanni who create craft coctails in an airstream by the pool. Exceptional! The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because the beach, while lovely did not permit ocean access. We knew this from time of booking but it was still missed.

Easy favorite

I've been to Pacifica twice this year, once for a work trip for our company, and once with my mom for a birthday girls trip. Both times were great experiences with two different groups. Our company trip is more fun, active couples, enjoy the pool and drinks kind of trip. My mom is 60 and had never been to an all inclusive resort, and it did not disappoint for food, relaxation, pool and views. The lobby is stunning, and the rooms are conservatively nice. The restaurants are pretty good, and there are so many options between this and the 3 other resorts you can visit. Get reservations as soon as you can because they book up. For a quick bite the market up at sunset is perfect for fast casual food. We took a cab to town but you can wait for the shuttle bus if you prefer to get to blanco and rose which are on the swimmable Medano beach. The water activities are made fun by the staff -definitely join the trivia games at least one, I recommend a higher room with an ocean front or view. If you need a more party vibe this is not the place, but if you need a relaxing, quiet yet fun resort this is for you.

Overall good except…

Overall, this is a very nice property. We arrived a bit early and check-in was seamless. No waiting for luggage, straight to our room. The room was nice, clean with a view of the sea. Food: the pool menu was good, fish or shrimp tacos, quesadillas, salads, all good. Pool bar cocktails were as we expected. Beers, Palomas, the usual. Our first dinner was at Siempre, it was good with one exception. The included wine is not good. Very not good. You can choose to buy a bottle or glass of something else but we thought the price was inflated. The sushi place was good. We were able to order pretty much as much of whatever we wanted everywhere except… LaFrida. Our last night there we took the shuttle over to the Sunset property to have dinner at LaFrida. Just getting in the door is an up charge of $90 for two. We were seated outside at a table with a beautiful view. The upsell began, do we want wine? (How bout we look at the menu and know what we’re eating first)? Next, here comes the fancy cocktail cart. Tequila old fashioned? Nope. Our server arrived and informed us that our order would be limited to either an appetizer OR a salad, one main and dessert. No exceptions. We never experienced this at any of the other restaurants. I was surprised here because we had to pay extra to go there. What we had was good but it just felt chintzy. For what the all inclusive cost, I feel like they could be more generous. Coffee with dessert? Extra charge. Gimme a break. The in room breakfast was always good. We had a couples massage that was very nice.
