6.0Local agradável, e funcionários atenciosos. Perto do centro, mas necessita de veículo para se deslocar. Tudo muito simples ... café razoável, mas suficiente ... O preço é o melhor valor custo benefício. Mas o local necessita de melhorias urgentes. Em especial pelos acessórios de cama (lençóis e travesseiros) e toalhas de banho. Também não foi oferecido quarto com TV. Mas, isso às vezes, é "estar em Pipa" !
Tem potencial, mas precisa melhorar.
6.0As instalações dos apartamentos deixam a desejar. O café da manhã é muito limitado.
