10.0Upon arrival, the innkeeper (I'm so sorry for not remembering her name) was so pleasant & accommodating checking us in. She was also the chef for our breakfasts which were awesome. I would highly recommend this B&B.

6.0While the inn itself was lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a great location, we were disappointed by the general demeanor of the staff. On the one day we requested the included breakfast, we were told we could only have it at a specific time that did not align with our travel plans, therefore we could not dine there. Aside from that, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
Spa-like luxury
10.0Hartwell House Inn was just renovated and it was both upscale feeling and comfortable! The bathroom was spa-like with a deep soaker tub and a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a steam option. The room was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit to this seaside wonderland. We will definitely be back to beautiful Ogunquit and the lovely Hartwell House Inn!
Outstanding!
10.0The inn is a beautiful place. The staff are very friendly and really want you to be comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was top notch with the hot breakfast sandwich excellent. Plenty of coffee and juice. A couple different kinds of muffins and cheeses. Hartwell house has something for everyone!
Perfect getaway
10.0Hartwell Inn had a great location within walking distance of all the sites in Ogunquit (Perkins Cove, Marginal way, beach and restaurants). Staff was very friendly and breakfast service included with your stay was outstanding. Room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

10.0The grounds were lovely and the room was very nice. The area rug in front of the bed should be cleaned and the decanter dusted. But none of the would stop me from returning. Oh the breakfast sandwich were delicious!!!
