10.0As a Japanese guest, I stayed at this hotel and had no issues with communication since most of the staff could speak English. They were very polite and accommodating, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. There was always someone at the front desk, which made me feel secure. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.
