− We had a lot of screaming in the halls. All night long. People were slamming doors and talking very loud

− The rooms weren't cleaned, the telephone was not working, and the only worker was at the front desk. I had to change my sheets and vacuum my room, because there were no more rooms available. What a way to start celebrating my 60th birthday
