10.0Somos una familia con 4 integrantes, dos padres y dos niños, nos habían asignado 2 habitaciones pero al llegar al hotel y solicitar que estuvieran juntas nos cambiaron a una sola con 2 cuartos, la verdad es que fue un detalle bastante bueno y así la familia entera pudimos estar juntos. Todo fue excelente, el trato con el personal, la limpieza, el espacio, la ubicación, las instalaciones, todo en general muy bueno.

8.0Ich hatte 2 Zimmer gebucht weil es in der Nähe von dem Deutschen Honorarkonsulat ist. Die Zimmer sind prima ausgestattet und sauber gewesen! Kleiner Minimarkt direkt im Erdgeschoss!
− Der Check In der anscheinend nur funktioniert wenn man dementsprechend anruft! Es fehlten jeweils das komplette Besteck in beiden Zimmern!

10.0We had a really wonderful stay at Connext Residence Phuket and would definitely give it 5 stars. The location is excellent very convenient and close to Phuket Old Town, which made it easy for us to explore the area, enjoy the local cafes, restaurants, and night markets. The owner lady was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. She even helped us arrange a bike rental very easily, which made getting around Phuket much more convenient for us. We also really appreciated how flexible and understanding they were with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip stress-free and comfortable. Another great part of the stay was having access to the pool area. It was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending some quiet time after a long day outside. The overall atmosphere of the residence was peaceful, comfortable, and felt very homely. We truly enjoyed our time here and had a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket, especially if you want a good location, friendly hospitality, and a comfortable stay. We will definitely visit again for sure!
