Disappointing.
3.0− The room was cold when I arrived. The windows didn't close properly from the inside. I had to go on to the deck to close the window and thre was a huge container of cigarette butts on the table! There was quite a lot of traffic noise. There was no hot water - I had to use another room to shower. There was no breakfast available.
