− No plugs to charge your phone,ironing board was broken,cockraches in the fridge,No air- con,microwave was extremely dirty,requested a change of room and floors were not cleaned-mentioned this to Ferrin the cleaning staff

− The bed sheets and pillow cases were not completely clean. Pool was not cleaned daily. There’s no marked reception area. You have to wander about before being assisted. It would be better if the staff attended to you immediately.
