A nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place.
1.0Absolutely nothing. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
− This hotel feels like something out of a horror movie. From the moment we walked into the reception, there was a disgusting smell and the entire property looked dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. The front desk staff handed us the room key without even asking for ID or a driver's licence. The room smelled awful, the bedding looked filthy, and there were insects in the bathroom, including inside the toilet. We were travelling with our 10-year-old daughter, returned the key almost immediately, and booked another hotel because we refused to spend the night there.

6.0L'emplacement du motel est assez central. À quelques minutes du vieux centre-ville et des commerces. La chambre était de bonne taille et les lits étaient confortables. Nous avons apprécié les extérieurs avec la piscine et ses transats.
− L'accueil pourrait être plus chaleureux... Lors de notre départ, la personne m'a parlé depuis l'étage de l'accueil sans même se présenter devant moi. Plus d'attention pourrait être faite au ménage ( évier et douche bouchés, cheveux un peu partout sur les murs et au sol, vitres avec plein de traces...) Les draps et les serviettes pourraient être remplacés par des neufs ( serviettes jaunies et draps ajourés )
