− Pillows were not firm. Mattress was terrible. And it needs to be pushed up against the headboard or else pillows fall inbetween the mattress and headboard. Carpets or something needs to be changed in the hallway walking towards rooms as there is this stuffy odour .
Palazzo Problems...
5.0Location and staff
− First hotel room (501) had leak from the bathroom and the bathroom didn't smell clean. The shower had very distinct urine smell. We then informed staff and moved to room 267 which were more noisy and the shower also had urine smell. The fact that none of the 2 rooms had a Smart TV meant that we couldn't get to watch sports (Wimbledon, Rugby, Soccer) which was disappointing.
