10.0The Hotel never disappoints, from the check in process to the room, all is well fitting to my desires. I never miss an opportunity to make use of thier facilities. Nelson Mandela Square is a walking distance, with its breathtaking restaurants.
Good Generic hotel, fine for short stays
6.0I stayed just 2 nights on business, and for that purpose it was fine. Clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water, ok breakfast and close to the mall. Excellent staff, especially Angie. Ideal for a short business stay with one exception - the internet was variable/unreliable.

10.0Great hotel and location. Easy and quick check in. The best breakfast buffet, amazing bar/restaurant and gym. This was the best hotel stay in Johannesburg. The hotel is surrounded by the Nelson Mandela plaza and mall. You have access to many stores and food places. The bar/restaurant at the hotel offered some of the best meals and drinks. Must stay here. This hotel is great for family, couples and business. It was less than 30 minutes away from airport and 5 minute walking for everything else listed.
