9.0Todo bien, llegamos tarde y la persona de recepcion nos ayudo para el check in y para utilizar el servicio de lavanderia, asi que ninguna queja.
− nada que destacar, todos correcto y no hay nada que no me gustara.
Overall it was a great stay.

As Fairfield Inns go, this was not our favorite!
7.0The Team Member at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful
− Only 2 luggage carriers which were used by a guest and kept in their room! The breakfast offered was average and not well stocked, Only 1 coffee pumper available so there was very little coffee available during the breakfast hours. Only one person working the breakfast room which might explain why they were not very pleasant! If the hotel is sold out, there should be more than 1 person to accommodate breakfast for that many people!

− Restock of breakfast items very slow. No towels at pool and no hot tub available. No USB ports in room.
