10.0Very comfortable bed, pillows and nice bed linen. Room was small but very clean. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the girl I dealt with when I arrived, but she was lovely and so friendly. I would recommend Morgans and I would stay again

POOR PARKING FACILITIES
2.0When we arrived we had to park in a public car park with a cost of £2 per hour with a 2 hour maximum stay with no return for 2 hours. I walked up to the hotel where I was told that there was another car park further down the street but she thought that may have the same restrictions. She went on to say there was yet another car park further down the road but wasn't sure of the restrictions there. My wife and I are in our 70s and as we didn't relish the thought of carrying our bags all that way uphill. As no alternative was available I asked for the reservation to be cancelled. SO, WE DIDN'T STAY SO I CANNOT COMMENT ON THE HOTEL ITSELF. ONLY THE ACCESS AND THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVED WHICH WASN'T VERY HELPFUL. I TRUST WE WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS.

Excellent location and good space
10.0We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. We stayed in room 4 with a double bed and lots of space for two people. The bathroom was big and with a really good shower. The room was clean and spacious. Staff at the pub downstairs were brilliant and very lovely both with check in/out and also in the evening for serving drinks. Will absolutely recommend and hope to stay again on our next visit!
