10.0A quiet location near the centre of town - easy access to all the major cultural sights and just a short walk to the wonderful river paths.

6.0The property is in a row of Victorian terraced houses. Recently repainted, it is not sound proof, so guests returning after midnight woke us up. The en suite bathroom had toilet and basin in separate room but the shower was in a cabinet in the bedroom. Large iron burn on carpet beside the bed. OK for students.
