10.0清潔な施設で、食事も豪華でした。岩風呂は予想以上に楽しかったです。

2.0初日にエアコンが夜中に切れて寒くて、何回も起きた。メンテナンスは常にやっておくのが当たり前。適当にやって誤魔化された。 料金がネットで引き落としの金額と現地の金額が、2000円現地の金額が安かったのに、計算を間違えたと言って誤魔化された。納得できない。金額は小さいが不誠実‼️ 音が突き抜けて、朝6時半から、起きている人のガヤガヤ聲が煩かった。

8.0３人部屋だったが、ベッドの配置がよくなかった。並ぶ配置がよいと思った。枕が高すぎてぐっすり眠れなかった(個人差あり)。料理は本格的で大満足でした。

8.0The location of the pension showing in Expedia is wrong, please update the location plan. Nice pension with great nature surrounding. Personnels r friendly, helpful and service-oriented. Yummy cuisine and onsen provided.
