6.0The location because near the station.
− Room is too small. When they cleaned our room its like fixing only the bed and still not properly done. No hygiene kit. No toothbrush and toothpaste. The beddings are worn out and has holes. I booked for my family and yet when we checked in the kid has to pay. If you want near the station it is perfect but too far to the city centre. It’s a long walk.

A good place if you don't expect too much
7.0The hotel is well located. It is adjacent to the Cambridge railway station and a large public car parl. The reception counter staff are friendly and helpful.
− The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was weak and the water was not warm enough (this is important after travelling a long distance). Also, coffee cup was not available in the canteen. I had to make a requet the 3rd time before a staff gave me one.

9.0We really appreciated how close the hotel was to the train station. As soon as you walk out of the station, you can see the hotel straight away. This was particularly important to us because we were only staying for one day and had a lot of luggage. It made getting to and from the hotel with our suitcases very easy and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
