Experiencia respecto a Calidad Vs precio
10.0Fue una excelente elección en cuanto a precio y calidad, la ubicación frente al mar, la vista desde la suit, el centro comercial a un costado, la variedad de menú, el comfort de las instalaciones me generan satisfacción. Pero Fue incomodo que los desayunos estaban incluidos al momento de reservar para mis hijos antes de 60 días y una vez instalados en el hotel al ingreso del restaurante nos manifestaron el cobro adicional y esta situación fue frente a otros huéspedes que en realidad no fue agradable ya que nos sentimos expuestos al ridiculo; creo que falto empatía por parte del personal y eso no es lo que se busca cuando opcionas por un hotel 5 estrellas. Mi recomendación es que se de manejo a un trato más agradable y que manejen una comunicación asertiva por parte de los colaboradores del hotel para que la experiencia sea más valiosa y satisfactoria.
