9.0Las instalaciones estaban excelentes, estaba como remodelado, todo se veía impecable
− En el hotel se encuentra una agencia llamada Discovery; contrate la actividad de buceo con ellos, y ellos tienen a un tercero, fue pésimo, cero paciencia y tolerancia, el instructor sabía bucear pero no enseñar, no la recomiendo ni un poco; y cuando se fue a realizar el reclamo salimos los malos. Ese tipo de personas dañan la imagen del hotel; no debería ser así

− MUY Sucio en las habitaciones, una funda de almohada con SANGRE sábanas sucias se tuvo que cambiar la luz del baño parpadeaba, las paredes estaban sucias, la caja fuerte NO FUNCIONABA el personal el de la cocina muy amable el de recepción para un hotel de esta “calidad” muy malo una noche entramos y estaba una de las recepcionistas hablando por teléfono diciendo me importa una pu%}*\^ Mier… lo que usted tenga que hacer mañana la quiero aquí a las 6 de la mañana diciéndolo en vos muy alta y refiriéndose así a otro trabajador luego esta misma persona refiriendose despectivamente de un compañero y de unos huéspedes, Cuando guardamos nuestras maletas a la llegada les pegaron grapas y rompieron dos maletas las tiraron al piso… siempre he reservado soy muy comprensiva en varias cosas pero esta vez el hotel dejó muchísimo que desear.

− La habitación huele a humedad, no tiene entradas de sol natural y eso hace que el ambiente de la habitación siempre tenga esa sensación de sucio.
Foi perfeita, quando tiver oportunidade voltaremos mais vezes.
