10.0El servicio del personal, la comodidad de la habitación, limpieza que realizan todos los días, desayuno y la ubicación. Inicialmente hice la reserva por 4 noches, luego la extendí por 4 noches más.

9.0La comida y la comodidad del lugar son excelentes. Los trabajadores son muy amables, desde el mostrador hasta los del estacionamiento, muy atento el señor del parqueo. Los chicos que sirven la comida también son muy amables. En el mostrador había una chica muy sonriente que hasta me ayudó a cambiar un billete de 20 por dólares! En términos generales mi experiencia fue muy buena y acogedora.
− Un poquito de ruido de los que estaban en otras habitaciones, y las cortinas no son tan oscuras entra la luz de afuera y dificulta dormir hasta tarde. Hace un año me hospede aqui tambien y no me gusto que me cobraron 10 dólares más por una toalla que se me manchó de rojo por mi cabello, y yo en mi casa lavo las toallas en la lavadora con agua caliente y las manchas desaparecen y no quisieron esperar a lavarlas y me la cobraron. La tenían la toalla en un recipiente con agua y detergente y ahi jamas se le quitaran las manchas sino hasta ponerla en la lavadora con agua caliente.

4.0Extremely good to get to restaurants and stores it has many things just going out from the hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh and they have a balcony to eat

− El trato del personal. Queriamos un recibo por el pago de la habitacion y nos dijeron que con el voucher de la tarjeta era suficiente. El personal del desayuno a las 8.30am que llegamos estaba diciendo que ya iban a levantar todo, cuando bien claro dicen que el desayuno es hasta las 9am. Yo llevo por 3 años seguidos quedandome alli, pero es la primera vez que el personal nos sale asi.
