9.0Great location, across the road from the beach and easy to get to from the airport.

5.0Curtain over entry door stained and falling down. Remote for aircon not working. Key to disabled shower would not work. Took 3 days to get a replacement key and then was told to wait half an hour while the shower was cleaned as it was dirty and leaves had blown in, suspect it had been like this for sometime.
