− 服务能够提供的帮助非常有限，比如房间里的垃圾桶只有卫生间的一个小铁盒，数量少且容量低，沟通后态度很好的说帮我们处理，但实际上什么也没有做；公共空间没有洗手间，只有和员工一起用的一个（不知是不是公共的），但实际开放时间很短，经常被锁；

− Saía água do chuveiro para o lavatório e para o chão. A quantidade de comida poderia ser um pouco mais : por exemplo, a quantidade de café , de sumo e de leite era a mesma quer fosse para duas ou para três pessoas.
