We came here last september and had an amazing time , the only downside was the transfer , we have booked to come back this april and have paid the extra for a private transfer. The hotel is spotless and the food was amazing. Drinks are the normal local beer and spirits etc , pity you have to pay for cocktails , we went around the corner to a bar and had cocktails there. The monday market is a 10 minute walk and is great for clothes and bags and anything else you need , although all the stall holders are very pushy so be prepared for that . The staff at the hotel were amazing although we didnt see the entertainment staff at all . Do not expect what you see on social media when it comes to poolside entertainment as it didnt happen when we were there . All in all a lovely hotel and holiday . And cant wait to come back in april . BOOK A PRIVATE TRANSFER LOL

Just come back from 11 nights, I can’t find anything to be alarmed about. I think for what we payed it was great, There was no entertainment around the pool even though the weather was nice. Please do not expect what you see on the Facebook story videos. It’s not like that at all Maybe it was due to the time of year but that should be noted in the decsription of the hotel, The animation team made zero effort and didn’t even introduce themselves, I heard them call for mini golf and rifle shooting once in 11 days and the other days my son had to ask them of it was on, over 11 days it was on 2, Sundays they have a break day. Not sure what from, I did notice a theme with the staff whether it be restaurant or bar staff, lobby staff or animation team they are constantly on their phones. The food was lovely. Been to turkey 13 times and it’s pretty much what you expect, it wasn’t busy in there at all. So it was lovely to be able to take the time and look what was on offer, we were far from hungry and enjoyed every meal. There’s one waiter in the restaurant a gentleman with long black hair Who was the only friendly staff member and he worked his absolute socks off, you really noticed when he had a day off. He need a promotion. The drinks menu was basic on all levels It was vodka, gin and whiskey, no cocktails not even an attempt of a house cocktail And the prices they wanted was 9 euros a drink Nope! We went to the olive bar around the corner which was fantastic and paid for drinks there. I loved the coffee and cake station which is on from all day till midnight, proper treat popping down for late night cake. Loved that, the ice cream is gorgeous too which is available between 3-4.30pm, it’s good quality and they don’t scrimp, The hotel shop is crazy prices, there’s a Migros 2 mins walk away. The rooms are lovely and clean we paid for sea view. So worth it the sunsets were amazing, only BBC news is available in English, The evening entertainment was good, we liked the shows. Especially the Turkish one. We went on a few trips which we booked through minster tours such good value for money and you book online, we also caught the dolmas to Alanya 1 euro wax or 50 lira. Which is a bargain. It picks up and drops off right outside the hotel, lovely city to walk around, I was bothered about paying for WiFi before I went but to be fair the lobby has free WiFi and my son brought an e sim which was £15 for the 11 days. So he could use it out and about, We had a lovely time but probably wouldn’t return as we like a cocktail and a bit of atmosphere in the day and also the transfer was 3 hours. We got the holiday for a good price so I’m happy with what was offered, 4 adults with flights and transfers was 2600,

It Wasn't Great ....

So this is going to be a long honest review... we have stayed in many different hotels in Turkey but this one may of been one of the worst ones yet, I mean it wasn't terrible but certainly not as enjoyable as we had hoped and that is partly our fault with choosing October to visit. The Reason being is very little entertainment round the pool for adults and kids, when researching the hotel we saw that one side of the pool is sunnier than the other for some of the day however when we arrived the sun actually didn't reach the pool or loungers until 1.30pm so unless you go out of the hotel or to the beach you are in the shade a lot of the day as it goes dark 18.00ish and I feel if there where more entertainment for the kids it wouldn't of been so bad, they had shooting once over 10 days and darts twice. and no pool activities like advertised such as club dances, games or exercises, The food was very minimal and noticed as the week went one food almost seemed to be recycled if you like for later in the day or following days. Halloween based deserts where then put out for the two days following at lunch time. After reading a lot of posts about the chicken donner being available each day at the snack bar I was looking forward to that but it was only offered once during our stay, don't get me wrong none of us starved (other than my 8 year old) but certainly was not looking forward to meal times. cold chips and burgers along with onion rings got very boring very fast. you get various reps attending the hotel asking if you would like free transfers to their tattoo shops / restaurants and shopping centres to which we thought we would try the LIONS shopping trip - Afterall its free .... they said we pick you up you look around our shop then around alanya and the we bring you back... that sounded great however it was an awful experience. We (9 of us) where taken by minibus to alanya centre pulled into a car park and ushered through a back door of a building, we where then in a shop that sells all typed of hoodies, trainers, coats, bags etc we went with some things in mind we wanted - they did not have the hoodie or trainers we wanted we saw a coat that we liked however the price was down as 320 euros I said no way and was assured this is not the price it would be the price close to what we where willing to pay and laughed saying "if not we just kill you" this scared the children . when we offered a certain amount we where laughed at & he said to my daughter don't worry mum will pay the rest for you! once I refused we were told aggressively to go shop elsewhere and find our own way back! so we did. The staff in the hotel where friendly without a doubt even the maids although the ones that cleaned our room didn't clean floors or brushed just made our bed, rooms where tiny for a family of 5 and not enough room for clothes. evening shows where ok but over 10 days we say the same Turkish dancers 3 times . the one night we really did enjoy was Halloween!! the hotel really did go all out on this night for the entertainment which was columbian dancers and the kids and adults loved it. All in all it was nice to get away somewhere warm but I would not go again and wouldn't recommend anyone going as late on in the year. also 2hour 20 mins transfer from Antalya was a killer!!

We stayed at this hotel in October and absolutely loved it! Nice hotel, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the shows were interesting. Spa was also very good. We'd love to come back.

Would consider to go back to same hotel

As before I planned i ask for suprise for our honeymoon. It was just bottle of champagne and biscuits and nice decor over doors, doesn't seem like any effort is put in, but that is my personal opinion. We asked for extra pillow and cover (only cover we got after 2 days, pillow never got brought up). All credit I would like to give is to personal staff in restaurant and pool staff, as reception staff didn't were so helpfull and not even interested to do that.Entertainment in nights was good.

Lovely hotel, polite staff and the evening entertainment was really good. The food had plenty of choice for the adults and The Turkish night was by far the best! Not so much choice for kids although there is chips and cakes every night. The only downside was, the daytime entertainment wasn’t great as the pool games are for adults only and we had to take it turns to set a very very early alarm to be able to get sun beds as there is not enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
