An authentic, charming and quaint property
7.0The Brentwood is an authentic, quaint and charming motel. The rooms of course have been updated, but they retain their charm. Also, it's right across from the racetrack, and in the morning, the jockies road the horses down the street, by the motel, to practice. It was a pretty cool thing to see. Also, right around the corner is the Mexican Connection restaurant, which was convenient and delicious.
− Because it was an older property, the room was pretty small. We stayed for only one night, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, the night we stayed was quite warm. The AC worked but it cycled on and off, and when off, the room got a bit warm.
