− No elevator
Pet urine stench.
2.0Balcony with ocean view was nice. Kitchen was stocked well. Good location.
− The room was not ready until close to 430 even though check in was at 400pm. Room temp was very warm and no way to cool it other than opening up balcony door and bedroom window. Many stains on sofa couch and when pulled out, sand all over bedding. OVERWHELMING pet urine smell especially on sofa couch. We let management know, they offered deodorizers but that can make things worse. If we could have found another place to stay the weekend we would have. We had to keep door and window open just to tolerate the urine smell. Sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa and as a bed. Extremely disappointed that even after waiting for room to be cleaned and late check-in, the floors were very dirty and sandy. I would not stay here again. If you have to wait for staff to clean your room, maybe you need more staff? And maybe get rid of urine soaked sofa and carpet?

8.0Great stay and close to the beach. I didn't like that the fireplace didn't work and the patio doors had fingerprints all over it.
Great location and a great set up for a small family
8.0The location was great and we really enjoyed the use of the pool. The view was amazing and the roar of the waves were a perfect background while relaxing in the room. It was well stocked with kitchen items and games and the sofa bed worked well for the 11 yr old twin boys. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the residents were very helpful. There were also plenty of towels available for pool and showering. I was able to bring my dog with us and the charge was very reasonable!
− I didn't receive the pin number for the room but the evening help line was very nice and helpful. The linens were not the best but they did the job.

8.0This is an older place, the pool is great, just wish the hot tub worked.
We would definitely choose to stay here again!
9.0The size and location of the condo was great. We loved the hoses to clean off the sand!
− Our unit had carpet throughout that was still wet when arrived and smelled pretty mildewy
