Very convenient to the beach, shopping and dining. Room 504 was super clean and nice! Wonderful view of the marina and boats from the balcony. Went with a friend for a quiet relaxing weekend. Decided to lay by the pool all day and we were super happy with the live music playing in the near distance. Will go back again.

Calm environment! Peaceful setting with great views! Filets being connected is a bonus unit 504 has comfortable patio furniture! Captain Archie’s has great music! Cheaper than a hotel! Will definitely stay again in near future! Never a wait for elevator either

BEWARE OF VACASA RENTAL AGENCY!

Location was good, the bed pillows smelled .(Room 220) Not many free delivery for food in the area. The fees from the VACASA rental agency ,who handles any rentals on this property is outrageous!!! The price for the unit was reasonable but the VACASA fees for this place is Cleaning Fee around 115.00, Resort fee 23.64, Limited Damage Waiver 45.00 and booking fee 51.99! Really!! More than the cost of a 1 night stay!! Do the owners of these properties realize they lose business because of the VACASA rental agency?

Late March - Early April Stay

Overall we had a great vacation. Our unit was #114 and the balcony faces North so the unit and balcony never gets direct sunlight. It was still a bit chilly so we didn't get to use it much. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly for 2, I think it would be tight for a family of 4 but adequate. A refresh on the flatware and some larger mugs for coffee would be great. King sized bed was ideal, but it will need a new mattress very soon. Washer and Dryer was really handy and worked fine . A broom and dustpan would help too as we were there for a week and the floor in dining area could have used a sweeping. If you need help with anything ask for Randy, but he's only there Sunday and Monday. He was a huge help to us. The only BIG issue at this facility is the parking. There are some units that are lived in fulltime and those that are snowbirds, there are just simply not enough spaces for everyone. It is also a bit noisy with traffic sounds but we didn't let those two issues spoil our time there,

BED BUGS!!!

Upon checkin the front desk was unhelpful. When we got to the property, the cleaning people were still cleaning at 5pm. We had to leave and come back so they could finish after driving 3 hours. When we finally got in the condo, there was a used bandaid, a broken fingernail, dirt on the floor, broken stools, stained night stands and the noise was awful from the bridge. We contacted the property owner to make her aware of the issues but the only response was the previous renters may have left late. Exactly 4 weeks later, an exterminator confirmed we have a 4 week old BED BUG INFESTATION in our home. Again, I contacted the property owner. Her only response was that they get pest treatments and basically rejected any suggestion that it is indeed their property that the bed bugs came from. $900 later, our home is hopefully bed bug free. I did ask for a partial refund to help cover the cost, at least the cleaning and linen fees. But again the property owner would not accept any responsibility. Beware and rent at your own risk!!!

A Beautiful Condo/Resort On a Marina Awaits!!

Loved our stay at this resort. . We stayed in Unit 320. This beautifully decorated and comfortable unit has a fabulous view of the marina with a nice size balcony to enjoy the view. It has a fully equipped kitchen and VERY VERY comfy beds. Roomy with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer and 3 flat screen tv’s. Ample parking. Handicap accessible too! A good restaurant (Filet’s) is right next door. Walking distance to boat tours that feature dolphin watches. Minutes away from theatre venues and shopping. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return next year!!!
