2.0Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Could not get hold of anyone to register guests. The clothes washer was not working. The was. Omar conditioner in living are or kitchen. No hand towels or blankets. I left after a few hours and booked and different hotel. Would give zero stars if possible.

4.0Pool was dirty after 2 days. The jacuzzi was not hot and was not being cleaned properly which leaves bacteria. There is no way to get into your room if lock doesn’t work. People at property do not have keys. This is a very dangerous practice during an emergency. My electronic door key was low ok battery so I couldn’t get into my room. We had to wait for almost an hour for a guy to drive to the place and let us in after I repeatedly told them the battery on door was low. The neighbor around the property is dark and dangerous. There were a number of young people doing drugs near the hotel. This is about 30 away from Rodadero (walking). I DO NOT recommend for many reasons.
