− Convenient. Well- stocked, above and beyond: coffee & creamer, full-sized toiletries, laundry detergent & cleaning supplies. Toaster oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, outdoor grill, laundry facilities.
I was completely satisfied
10.0No breakfast offered, but coffee pot and refrigerator, microwave everything you could need. Plus a store in the parking lot😊
− All good as far as a home base for Cooperstown baseball parks. Not a place to hangout or eat dinner-just a clean comfortable place to sleep. Plus a guest laundry room with free soap…plenty of room towels available for guests.

9.0The rooms were clean and the amenities were very nice! The towels, toiletries, bowls, plates and silverware were good quality. A very pleasant surprise. They were better than more expensive hotels.

10.0Spotlessly Clean inside and outside. Grounds were well manicured. All the amenities. Have all the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Dishes and utensils, toaster, microwave, sink and fridge, tv with remote and everything works and was very clean or new. Fantastic A C and pretty quiet. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Got to talk with Paul. He and his dad own the property, they’re doing a great job and said they appreciated our business. Would highly recommend. Even one of our cart drivers at Dreams Park knows Paul and said how nice he and his dad are for the community.
