6.0地下鉄荒井駅から徒歩10分位の場所。 コンビニも近くにあります。 地元民がこよなく愛している仙台っ子が近くにあります。
− 駐車場は台数はかなり停めれますが 1台のスペースがかなり狭いです。 飲み歩き旅の私たちにしたら 立地的によろしくなかったかなぁと。
駅近で便利で安く泊まれてよかったです！
7.0仙台駅から地下鉄で10分ほどの荒井駅の近くです．駅から徒歩5分くらい．近所にはコンビニもあり便利です．また，1Fのエレベータ前にスイーツが置かれていて自由に持って行って良かったりとサービス良かったです．値段も手ごろで，仙台駅周辺が相場が爆上がりで予算オーバーだったので助かりました．
− Booking.comで普通に掲載されていますが，ぶっちゃけラブホです😅なので，枕元にゴムが置かれていたりしますし，そういう目的で利用されるカップルも多そうです（フロントで鉢合わせしたり😅）．その点を分かったうえで利用しないと，気まずいかもしれません😅
