Disappointing
4.0− The employee insisted I hand in the room key when leaving the building and pick it up when returning. After thousands of hotel stays on every continent, never had this happen.

− Really outdated room n the elevator was broken so I had to walk 4 floors of stairs 4 times!

− The lack of towels, enough for 1 person and very old and worn. But clean!

2.0The Pillows were like bricks and I got sick after eating an overpriced dinner at the restaurant. The coffee in the morning was terrible
