4.0Leaking water from the toilet, I informed the front desk but no 9ne showed up to fix it. No hot water to shower, let the water run over 10 minutes, but still no hot water. The light's were not working properly. I let the receptionist know this issues while checking out, she only said we will have someone to take a look. No apologies at all.

6.0I understand the country has blackouts, but the hotel doesn't have a backup power generator; not even for the reception; therefore, there is no lights for the Wi-Fi. The hotel obtains the water from the water well by pump; therefore, because there is no power, there is no water for the toilets, showers, etc. The hydromassage pool water was cold.
Excellent value for money
10.0Great service and facilities. A bit worn but if you can live with that it is excellent value for money. Even ket me use the pool fir kayak practice
