10.0出張時に宿泊。 急遽で準備しなければならない物が出て来てしまった際、フロントの方に話をしたところ、親切、丁寧に相談に乗っていただき大変助かりました。 AIによる自動化も便利で必要な事ですが、 やはり緊急性や重要性を汲み取る人の対応は大切だと感じました。 感謝です。
