2.0On September 28th morning Saturday about 0800am , i called the front office informing them that the water pressure in the room is very low & there is no warm water . Until i am about to take a shower at about 1100am , its still not look into & no one came to inform me if the problem have been solved . I called again & saying i need to take a shower before going out . Then only they start taking actions, bringing pail of water for my shower & etc . As it was a Saturday , they told me that the hotel manager is off & no one come to apologise for the invonvenience at all .

6.0overall is okay for staying. service also satisfactory. the problem is only with the online reservation. hotel should mention or add extra info on the website if they are not open for just any reservations.(due to current pandemic, special made arrangements can only be entertained.) refund is quit impossible.
