9.0The location was fantastic, close to everything that we needed
− Our room was particularly small. We booked, and paid, the exact same as another family, and our room was significantly smaller.

8.0− The hotel is very clean, but Rosaline at the front desk was very racist. I am from another country, and she was not kind to me; she told me I didn't have a reservation. If you stay at the hotel, ask for Davids—don't speak to Rosaline.

10.0We had a wonderful time in Chicago. We liked the fact that you could have breakfast and the indoor pool was very pleasant. The staff was good and very friendly too. Thanks again and take care.
It was a work trip but enjoyed it like a vacation
