3.0− The price. This hotel was a $80 a night place I was charged 200.

6.0Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
− Our room was not very clean. One mattress was uncovered and had stains on it. The AC filters were removed from the AC and sitting on top of it. The bathroom shower didn’t drain and the floor was very slippery. One of the shampoo bottles on the wall fell off in the middle of the night. And there were dirty marks all over the bathroom door and shower wall. Our door was incredibly hard to open and close and the fridge was leaking when we first arrived.
It was peaceful staff was nice. Cleaning staff as well

10.0Nice visit overall. The weather was great, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone I interacted with provided great customer service and made me feel appreciated as a guest. We stayed on the first floor, which worked out perfectly. Our room was conveniently located near the pool, and my 13-year-old son absolutely loved being able to walk right over and enjoy it whenever he wanted. The location of the room made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We look forward to visiting again.
