Atendimento de excelência diante de situação desagradável

Mas também quero deixar aqui meu agradecimento pelo boa vontade e presteza dos dois atendentes do balcão que diante de um erro meu, eu reservei pra 4 pessoas e não pra 5 como deveria , pois qnd procurava eu ajustei o aplicativo e não reajustei fazendo a reserva de maneira equivocada, não incluindo minha filha de 5 anos . O apto atendeu super bem , os recepcionistas , apesar de ser madrugada , super atenciosos, educados , enfim, uns e chamava Matheus , o outro infelizmente não me recordo no nome. Só tenho a agradecer e a parabenizar ao rh do hotel pelo seu Staff . Parabéns

9.0O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso, com diversas opções, saboroso. A localização é excelente próximo dos principais pontos, tem restaurantes próximos, consegue ir a pé para a praia e até a barraxa do toa a toa, cerca de 10 minutinhos. O quarto é bem confortável, chuveiro fácil de regular a temperatura, cama grande, armário espaçoso para organizar as coisas e espelho grande. Os preços do bar extremamente acessíveis e comidas boas. Extremamente limpos, todo dia que voltava pro quarto, estava cheiroso.
− Não tem nada que não gostei, apenas uma sugestão, fornecer shampoo/condicionador.
