− The pool was not open for unknown reason and that is why I booked this hotel over others, also when I arrived the nightstand in my room had hairs and crumbs on it so it was obvious it was not cleaned. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable.

− The staff were rude, the entire hotel was dirty from the front door, room, everything. Cigarette butts on the floor by the elevator and big trash bags left in the hall for days
