10.0Perfeita a experiência! A hospedagem superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era confortável, limpo e muito bem cuidado, e toda a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa. O grande destaque fica para o café da manhã, que era variado, com produtos frescos e de ótima qualidade, perfeito para começar o dia. Eles ainda embalam um "café para viagem" muito bom para quando precisa sair para os passeios em horários anteriores ao começo do café. Excelente a culinária do restaurante com pratos muito bem elaborados. Outro ponto forte é a localização. Fácil acesso à pé até à Rua Caracoles e todo o centrinho principal. Com certeza recomendamos o hotel para quem busca conforto, qualidade e praticidade.

8.0Café da manhã muito bom, bem feito e cuidadoso, com boa variedade. Cama boa e grande. Boas instalações, com área de fogueira e serviços adicionais. Banho sempre quente.

8.0The hotel is super cute - the shared spaces are awesome, the llamas are so cute, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was good too and it was amazing that there was 24/7 tea + coffee + water! Would love to come back again with friends during any season other than winter!
− I was in a room far from the shared spaces and therefore I didn't have wifi. My cell phone reception didn't work inside my room either so being in my room was a bit isolating. Since it's winter the room was quite chilly during the night / in the morning. The only heating source is a wood fireplace. No lotion or tissues in the room so be prepared to BYO!

Lugar lindo!
10.0O lugar é lindo, bem cuidado, muito tranquilo e perfeito para descansar depois dos passeios pelo deserto. Os quartos são confortáveis, as áreas comuns são muito agradáveis e o atendimento foi excelente. O café da manhã também é muito bom. O restaurante do hotel tem pratos ótimos e com bom preço. A localização também é muito boa. Fica perto da rua Caracoles, sendo possível ir e voltar a pé tranquilamente. À noite, a iluminação das ruas é um pouco precária, mas, mesmo assim, me senti segura em todos os deslocamentos e não tive nenhum problema.
− A única ressalva é com relação a iluminação do quarto e principalmente a do banheiro que achei muito escuro.
