8.0The shuttle bus was awesome to get to the airport and train station to get into Amsterdam. The mini mart was also handy in reception. Buffet breakfast is definitely worth it.
− No fridge in our room which we missed in summer for cold drinks etc.

2.0The shuttle is always reliable and service is always quick and simple.
− I checked into my room and as I was resting and enjoying my stay, another guest opened my room with a new key. I thought that this mistake is unacceptable for a hotel to make as it is quite fatal in my opinion. Later on I find out that they made a mistake with double booking the room for 2 guests. In the morning, I also noticed the shower head was loose and it fell out when I was using it. I had to try to put it back on myself and then just used the rain shower instead.

− シャワールームに備え付けのシャンプーですが、容器の中身が空であることがシャワーを浴びている最中にわかりました。同行者がセプションまでシャンプーを取りに行ったのですが、カードキーを持たないとレセプションには行けず、カードキーがないと部屋の電気がとまり真っ暗になるので大変でした。
