− - man wurde am Zimmer bestohlen - geschlossener Koffer wurde geöffnet und durchwühlt - teilweise unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - man bekam kein weiteres Handtuch gegen Aufzahlung obwohl es im Zimmer beschrieben wurde Betten sehr klein
