4.0The property was not ready when we got there. There was no soap in the washrooms. The pool at our villa was not clean.The washrooms walls and doors were not clean. The hotel is not ready for a blackout as we had one and the hotel did not have a generator to fix the problem and also the water stopped working because there was not electricity. We had to leave very early the next day because we couldn't use the washrooms. I tried to contact the management regarding the issue but I couldn't get any answers.

4.0No me gusto que no hay comunicacion para nada cuando llegamos no podiamos abrir la puerta y nadie nos explico nada ni nos dio numeros para que pudieramos reportar cualquier problema se nos entapio el lavatrasto y nos cortaban el agua no podiamos usar el baño y era de noche no se podia reportar a nadie.muy descontenta con la atencion
